Sometimes I wonder who names recipes but we really like this one no matter what it's called. We really like Worcestershire sauce and my dad would probably put it on his ice cream! I'll definitely be back to visit you at your bloghop - and I'm curious about the home butchering as well.

I clicked over wondering what the 'chicken' part of pork chops was... haha, joke's on me! I make a version of this staple with whatever pork cut I grab out of the freezer (we raise our own so have lots, I've blogged about how we learned to home butcher recently if you have interest). The worcestershire sauce isn't something I've used in my recipe, but I'm going to give it a whirl because it does sound like a perfect little compliment to this dish.

I came to visit you from Happiness is Homemade bloghop – hope you’ll make time to someday stop by my place & let me know you were there.
