Start with something small! Something you can see (don&#039;t organize a sock drawer) and that you can point to is good for relieving some of the tension we feel when things are chaotic. When you&#039;re overwhelmed the desire is to jump in and fix or change everything. But that&#039;s not possible and it leads to more chaos and frenzy. By starting with something small you give yourself a win and boost your confidence to then change the next thing...and then the next. Small steps really do add up and it&#039;s important to remember that maintaining as much sanity and control during the process is important. You can do it!]]></description>
