In reply to Cristina. Hi Cristina! We love it. When my daughter came home over Christmas break I asked her what she wanted to eat while she was home. She said anything was fine as long as we had shrimp salad during her visit. I'm sure one day she'll serve it to her own family.

Hi Michelle! A friend who sends shrimp – now that’s my kind of friend! Where is Knysna? I never even heard of it (I’m going to have to go Google that now). Anyway, let me know what you think of it. I hope you like it as much as we do.

Mmmmmmm, that sounds delicious Shelley. I love shrimp and we a friend of ours sends us fresh shrimps from Knysna every few months so I’ll definitely be trying your recipe next time we get some
