Cranberry Pork Chops


  • 6 medium pork chops
  • 1 can cranberry sauce
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2/3 bottle French salad dressing you can substite Catalina dressing as well


  1. Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray and add raw pork chops.

  2. Mix cranberry sauce, soup mix, and salad dressing together till well blended. Pour over pork chops.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45-55 minutes till chops are done.  The sauce makes a delicious gravy that is great served over potatoes or rice.

  4. To cook in a crock pot cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
