Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup apple butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup regular milk
  • 1 9-incn pie shell thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In mixing bowl combine pumpkin, apple butter, brown sugar, and spices. Mix well.

  3. Stir in milk and evaporated milk and pour into pie shell.

  4. Bake in heated oven for 45-55 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

  5. Let pie cool to set before serving. Garnish with whipped cream.
