Combine all spices in a small bowl and add salt and pepper to suit your family's taste. Mix well and rub into pork.
Put pork into a 5-6 quart slow cooker and add chicken broth. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours
Once the cooking is complete, pull pork apart with two forks or a set of "bear claws" while still inside the pot. Allow the pork to remain in pot so that the meat absorbs the juices and set slow cooker to Warm setting for another 20-30 minutes.
To serve, add a small bit of pre-made cole slaw mix on to a clean lettuce leaf. Top with meat mixture and enjoy!
